The NF group classes are challenging, fun, enjoyable and I feel comfortable exercising with a great bunch of people. Everyone motivates each other and I actually look forward to coming to class in the evenings.

It’s been a real pleasure to train with Nick & the larger NF family for the past 20 months.
One of the great benefits was sitting down to set some fitness goals and then focusing my PT sessions and my own efforts on those goals.
It gave me something to aim for and in my case, competing in the recent Mooloolaba Triathlon as part of the one of the NF teams was something new, exciting and a great experience.
As a result, I’ve developed a real passion for bike riding and although it isn’t necessarily part of the standard NF curriculum, Nick was there every step of the way, setting my program, helping with technique and even going on a few rides to “test” me!
I’ve found that enjoying your fitness program, whatever it is, will help you make it part of your daily routine and that is what Nick & the NF team aim to do for each of us in the group.
