Outdoor Circuit 

Fun and intense mixture of cardio, strength and core exercise, out in the fresh air!   

Core Power! 

Focus on core muscle strength - learn how to target and strengthen your 'inner unit'. This is a high energy, functional fitness class, to help you improve your stability and mobility, as well as strength and fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

           

BOX to the MAX!  

A high energy boxing class to challenge, burn calories, pump and tone and have you grinning from ear to ear! Suitable for all fitness levels.    

YOGA

A change of pace to start your Saturday!  This class is for all fitness levels and abilities - a nice gentle class involving Asana practice, or physical postures, to help you relax, stretch and revitalise; ending with some gentle meditation and mindful breathing. The perfect boost to help you relax, de-stress and be ready for the weekend ahead!
