Nick has been training and coaching clients for over 15 years in Brisbane & in London.
As a busy Dad, he is well aware of how stress & a busy lifestyle can lead to ill health, and is passionate about helping those who are time-poor or intimidated by gyms to lead a healthier lifestyle through regular exercise, good nutrition and a positive outlook.
Nick enjoys cycling, running & triathlon - most notably he has completed the Noosa Triathlon 6 times and Pomona King of the Mountain 5 times!

Laura Luck 

Yoga Instructor

Laura Luck is a Raja yoga teacher. After practicing Ashtanga for 14 years Laura met her teacher Clarissa, a yoga master, and spent 3 years learning directly under her, practicing Chup Sadhana ( the yoga of silence) and Raja yoga. Raja yoga is known as the highest form of yoga where mastery arrives through mastering the mind.


Laura completed her teacher training at the Unity school in Brighton, UK - learning from expert teachers in Jivamukti, Integral, Donna Farhi, Scaravelli, Yin and Yoga Nidra.


Qualified to teach yoga to all ages and stages in life, Laura has been teaching for the past 8 years and specialises in pre and post natal classes, meditation, pranayama, yin and restorative yoga.


Known for never teaching the same class twice, Laura draws from 21 years of practice to create playful, unique classes that strengthen and relax the body and mind.


Peri Timo

Personal Trainer & Group Instructor

Peri is an energetic Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with a strong background in boxing, metabolic conditioning, strength training, learn to swim and mobility.
With over 6 years’ experience within the fitness industry, Peri has worked with hundreds of clients across corporate training, group fitness and small group training, to help reach their fitness goals and create a healthier relationship between mind and body.
