GROUP FITNESS TRAINING with Northside Fitness gives you the opportunity to work out with your friends and family and share the sweat!  We have four group fitness training venues, three outdoors and one indoor hall.

Do you want to get more energy,

tone your muscles all over, and have fun?


NOT A BOOT CAMP.  At both group fitness training venues, we run a circuit of 1-2 minute exercises, challenging all muscles of the body in a functional manner, thereby better preparing you for day to day life!  This is NOT a boot camp however, so all fitness levels are encouraged.  At Northside Fitness, we take pride in nuturing each individual to improve on their previous best, but not against the next person who may have a greater level of fitness or experience. 

 

 

PERSONAL SERVICE.  You will be pushed, but to a safe level, and one where you will finish with a huge feeling of achievement and personal endeavour.   We have a maximum 10 places per group fitness class to ensure everyone gets some attention and so your Instructor can remember all your names!

 

PRIVATE GROUPS.  If group fitness class times do not suit, private group fitness classes can be arranged for ladies, men or mixed groups of four or more people.

 

12 WEEK 'BIGGEST LOSER' CHALLENGE. This is your chance to really focus and achieve that dream body you have always wanted....includes weekly weigh-in (calculation of % weight loss) and 'How to Lose Weight' tips and advice. to enter (must be a member of Northside Fitness).  Prizes for top 2 places :) Season 4 will start Saturday, April 7th, 2012 - for more info/personal 'weight loss' plan, call Nick on 0434 990 572
